File Conversion Accuracy
While we strive to deliver accurate and faithful file conversions, the output quality depends on numerous factors including the complexity of the source file, its encoding, embedded fonts, and format compatibility. Convert Fleet does not guarantee:
- 100% preservation of all formatting, styling, or layout from the original file.
- Retention of all metadata, embedded objects, or interactive form elements.
- Identical visual reproduction across all viewer applications.
⚠️ Always keep backup copies of your original files before conversion. Do not use our service as your primary archive or storage solution.
AI-Powered Tools
Several of our tools use large language models (LLMs) and AI inference to extract and structure data. These include:
- Bank Statement Converter: AI-extracted transaction data that may miss rows or misread figures in low-quality scans.
- PDF to Table (Excel): AI reconstructed tables from unstructured text — always verify totals and values.
- Document Translator: AI-generated translations that may not capture domain-specific terminology accurately.

AI output is not infallible. We strongly recommend reviewing all AI-generated results before using them for critical financial, legal, or professional purposes.

While we implement industry-standard security practices — including TLS encryption and in-memory processing — no internet-based system is 100% impervious to unauthorized access. We do not store your files. All uploads are processed ephemerally and discarded immediately. However, we cannot guarantee absolute security of data during transmission.
