1. Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund if all of the following conditions are met:

  • Your refund request is submitted within 72 hours (3 days) of the original purchase date.
  • You have not violated our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy.
  • You did not cancel and resubscribe within the same billing month.
  • The issue relates to a genuine service failure that we were unable to resolve promptly.

2. The Resubscription Rule

If you cancel your subscription and then resubscribe within the same calendar month, you are not eligible for a refund on the new subscription. By choosing to resubscribe, you acknowledge satisfaction with the service and waive any refund claims for that billing period.

Why? Our platform delivers immediate digital value — converting files, providing API access, and handling data — all of which cannot be "returned." A resubscription signals an active intention to continue using the service.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Requests submitted after 72 hours from the original purchase date.
  • Resubscription charges within the same billing month.
  • Partial billing periods or prorated amounts.
  • Accounts that have violated our Terms of Service.
  • Requests where the service functioned as intended and no technical failure occurred.
  • Abuse of our refund policy (multiple refund requests from the same account).

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund within the 3-day window, email our billing team with the following details:

• Your registered email address

• Date and amount of the transaction

• Reason for the refund request

• Any relevant screenshots or error messages

We typically respond within 2–3 business days.

5. Processing Time

Once your refund request is approved, the amount will be credited to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider. Stripe (our payment processor) may take additional time to process the transaction on their end.
