1. Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds only under the following conditions:
- Refunds are available within 3 days of your initial purchase or subscription date only.
- You must contact us within 72 hours of the transaction to request a refund.
- Refund requests are subject to review and approval.
2. No Refund on Resubscription
If you cancel your subscription and then resubscribe within the same month, you are not eligible for a refund. By choosing to subscribe again, you acknowledge that you are satisfied with the service and waive any refund rights for that billing period.
In other words: if you unsubscribe and come back to subscribe again in that same month, no refund will be issued — as your return indicates you have decided to continue using our service.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- Requests made after 3 days from the original purchase date
- Resubscription within the same month (as described above)
- Partial billing periods or prorated amounts
- Violation of our Terms of Service
- Abuse of our refund policy
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund within the 3-day window, please contact us at support@fleetconvert.com with your transaction details and reason for the request. We will review and respond within 2–3 business days.
5. Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.
