1. What is Convert Fleet?

Convert Fleet is an online file conversion and processing platform operated by Nisar Automates. We provide:

  • Web-based tools for converting files between formats — PDF, Word, Excel, images, video, audio, and more.
  • AI-powered tools including bank statement parsing, PDF-to-table extraction, document translation, and OCR.
  • A REST API for developers and businesses to automate file conversions programmatically.
  • Compression utilities to reduce file sizes across images, videos, PDFs, and audio files.

By using any of these services, you agree to the terms outlined in this document.

2. How Our Service Works

Convert Fleet processes your files using a combination of browser-native engines, cloud computing, and AI models:

  1. Upload: You select or drag-and-drop a file into our tool interface or submit it via the API.
  2. Processing: Your file is processed in real-time. Files are never written to permanent storage.
  3. Download: A converted file is returned to you immediately after processing completes.
  4. Deletion: All temporary files are discarded the moment the session ends or conversion completes.

3. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Convert Fleet — whether through the website, mobile browser, or API — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our services.

4. Your Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure.
  • Only upload files that you own or have explicit legal rights to process.
  • Not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit our services or APIs beyond their intended use.
  • Not use our platform to process or distribute illegal, harmful, defamatory, or infringing content.
  • Comply with your country's laws regarding data privacy and copyright when using our tools.

5. API Usage Terms

Our API is available to registered users under the following conditions:

Starter Tier

200 one-time starter credits. Fair use policy applies. No credit card required.

Pro & Business

Higher credit limits (1,000 - 5,000). Priority processing queues. SLA-backed availability.

No file storage: We do not store any files submitted via the API. All requests are processed in real-time — inputs and outputs are discarded immediately after the response is sent.

6. Prohibited Content & Actions

You may not use Convert Fleet to:

  • Process files containing malware, viruses, or malicious code.
  • Infringe intellectual property rights of third parties.
  • Process any content that is illegal in your jurisdiction.
  • Overload or stress-test our infrastructure beyond normal usage patterns.
  • Resell or sublicense access to our API services without prior written consent.

7. Payment & Subscriptions

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. Subscription pricing is displayed on our Pricing Page. You may cancel at any time from your dashboard. Refunds are issued only under the terms of our Return Policy. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice.

8. Intellectual Property

All code, algorithms, UI, branding, and documentation on Convert Fleet are owned by Nisar Automates and protected by international copyright and trademark law. You retain full ownership of any files you upload and the resulting converted outputs.

9. Limitation of Liability

Convert Fleet is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our service, including data loss, conversion errors, or service downtime. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 30 days.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or a prominent site notice. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
