5. Service Availability

Premium subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. You may cancel at any time, but refunds are not provided for partial billing periods. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

All content, features, and functionality of FleetConvert are owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of files you upload.

8. Limitation of Liability

FleetConvert is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of our service, including but not limited to data loss, conversion errors, or service interruptions.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or our business.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or service notification.
